0 BBOHR Training Program Summary

Today is the first day of the BBOHR program. Here's a brief overview:

Becoming A Better One Hour Runner (BBOHR) (8/18/08-9/20/08)

Each workout is bookended with 5-min. warm-up & cool-down walks: (✓)

Wk 1: Run 30, 45, 60. (135 min.)
Wk 2: Run 30, 48, 60. (138 min.)
Wk 3: Run 30, 50, 60. (140 min.)
Wk 4: Run 30, 55, 60. (145 min.)
Wk 5: Run 30, 60, 60.
(150 min.)
