1 W3 Exhaustion Test (HPC): Tingling Triceps!
OK, so I stepped back a bit & decided that it was probably wisest to do the pushups test for Week 3 after all, & not just assume that I would just be following the most difficult level, i.e., Column 3. Column 3 is for those people who can muster atleast 26 consecutive pushups. Well, you know what?! I managed 35 consecutive pushups, so it looks like I'll be following Column 3 after all!
My triceps are tingling a little bit too much right now, so I'm going to take a little bit of a break before proceeding with today's pushups workout! ;-)
(Yes, I know, I was supposed to do my pushups workout last night, but big surprise?! I fell asleep not long after we got home from our night out. ;-) I feel like I'm starting to keep senior citizen's hours. Sheesh! It's all of that early rising & intense exercise that's killing my usual evening energy. I can't believe it: I'm slowly but surely turning into a morning person. Yikes!)
